Worstel-konst is the method of combat grappling presented in a book written by Nicholaes Petter and illustrated by Romeyn de Hooge, which was published in Amsterdam in 1674 . It is notable for it's variety of unusual and brutally pragmatic techniques,  such as hair-grabbing, knee strikes to the opponent's back and legs, ankle-locks, etc.
